Q.  Is there a fee to homeowners to register and list properties?

A.  No, People who sign up during the first year will receive at least a 2 year grace period on membership fees.  When fees begin.  Legacy members will receive a 30% discount off the regular fees for the duration of their membership.

Q. Is there a fee for guests.

A. Absolutely not.  Guests never have to pay a fee to search for properties on our site.
